Nix was wanting to take their branding and marketing up a notch by incorporating video. Not only did they want to create new marketing videos, but also use video to sell their company to recruits.
To help Nix make a big impact on their video marketing, we worked on producing many videos on a consistent basis. We have the long term branding videos plus quick turnaround video series. We have produced multiple recruitment videos to help them recruit top talent within the area as well as a series of employee spotlight videos that showcase one employee each month. The employee spotlight videos have doubled as a culture branding piece and a recruitment piece.
Most recently, we launched the Forging Ahead video. To make the most impact when launching the campaign, we created a customized web page for the video and description to live on our website, embedded the video on the home page, and I created a few different video thumbnails for our sales team to utilize when sending the video through email. I created multiple ones for different target audiences including those in need of coatings work, fabrication work, or overall metal solutions. We also had a backdoor introduction of a new slogan in this video. I came up with the slogan One Company Many Solutions as an answer to the general public not realizing how many capabilities that Nix has and that each division is part of one company.
