The Challenge
The Founder's Haus was a newly acquired property in Poseyville. They wanted to rebrand this old historic house as a place for celebrations, dinner parties, or nightly stays just outside of Evansville.
Both Koberstein Contracting, Inc. and Koberstein Rental and Sales, Inc. approached us with wanting to increase brand awareness. Their goal was to showcase the kind of work they do, what makes them who they are, and how they can serve their clients.
The Campaign
For this project, we created the website, the logo, and took photos of the property. Our goal with the website was to give a feeling that an individual or individuals staying there would be staying in a historic, yet beautiful house. We wanted to make sure we targeted the right audiences who may be looking for a short term rental property including those celebrating weddings and other life events in or near Poseyville, those who were visiting family or coming to the area for work, and businesses or individuals around the area who needed space for corporate events or dinners.
